I was quoted “about $150” to get my taxes done and 20 minutes later (for one simple w2 and one dependent, EASY tax situation), was charged $369. Insane. If you have a simple tax year, it’s absolutely not worth it, stick to turbo tax or irs free file. They claim you have the option to not file once you hear the price but that was certainly never offered to me. This number below offers you zero help, just a transfer to the local office with “well you didn’t have to file with us”. Great customer service guys. Thank you.

Made an appointment nobody was in the building had to call , they wanted me to give information over the phone standing in front of an empty jackson hewitt building. Rescheduled me to a different location much further away. . Get there for my second appointment. Takes my information. Calls a week and a half later to reschedule a third appointment finding out they did nothing during the week and a half
