Made a appointment and no one showed up Waited around for 20 minutes. Made a new appointment for a different tax place. Rediculious
Not sure if this is the office the tax preparer works...but we had an appointment to get taxes done at the Walmart on Tallmadge Rd in Kent, and received several reminders via text and email about the appointment leading up to the time.....then 20 mins before the appointment was scheduled received a text cancelling. We were already there. Very unprofessional.
I booked an online appointment to get my taxes done for 6 pm today. I showed up at 545 and no one was there. I thought maybe they were taking a break till my appointment. I waited till 630 I went up to ask one of the Walmart employees if they knew where she was or if she left and they had no idea. So I called the Jackson Hewitt number and come to find out she left at 4:00 pm. Now why is there openings online when no one is working?
