Loved the service, I staggered into Walmart on April 15th, overtired and groggy and met The gracious Mona sanford, who not only supplied me with free coffee and while I gorged on candy she somehow managed to even get me a refund on my Montana tax returns and a discount on my return fee, despite all odds. Great service. It was my first time with a 1099 and a professional, and I felt right at home and somewhat pampered.
I had a great experience with Mona, this was my first time with her and she was very professional and comforting explained everything made my experience very comfortable I would come back to her next year

Go to Ramona, she's the absolute best. I've been filing with Ramona for the last three years and never have I had someone as knowledgeable as she. Jackson Hewitt does charge quite a bit but Ramona is worth every cent. If you make an appointment with her, you will not regret it.
