Before we started they told me that they would take my fees out of my return check but then after everything was done they told me that I had to pay for it now or they couldn't file my taxes!!! Luckily I was able to pay it. They should know their policies!
Made appointment easy even though we ended up owing.
Doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt went really well. The taxes person was able to help me out and figure out how to get my 1040 form that I needed for my taxes. It only took a couple hours to do but we finished everything up. He even told me that Jackson Hewitt has an online service so I don't have to do it in person next year which will be nice. Thank you for all the help.

Would've given 5 stars because our tax rep was kind and held great conversation. Except we found out quickly why she had us talking so much. She failed to mention she was charging us almost $700 for a simple tax return. I feel cheated and stolen from but that's what we get for trusting someone to do our taxes for us. Don't go through this company. It's a rip off.
