Stefanie from Jackson Hewitt was extremely skilled And did an excellent job assisting me with filing my taxes.
The tax person was very nice and polite and made doing my taxes so much easier
Before we started they told me that they would take my fees out of my return check but then after everything was done they told me that I had to pay for it now or they couldn't file my taxes!!! Luckily I was able to pay it. They should know their policies!
