I can't say this was a pleasant experience. I dropped off my taxes so things could go allot easier. Wow was I wrong. I was never given a call to let me know everything was "done" or anything. SO when I called I asked if everything was ok. I was just given a vague "just drop down this weekend to sign" (6 Days after). SO I did just that. What awaited me was a refusal and a gentlemen asking me IF I had an appointment? SO I had to call and personally request for an appointment for the following day. WHY? Horrible, As a parent with 4 kids and no babysitter, Me and my husband figured we could drop off our taxes and come back and sign when we were done, so we can avoid being in the waiting room with 4 children. But nope nothing was ready and we had to return the following day and even then it took them an entire hour to get our taxes done. Also the guy doing our taxes was either really new or simply had zero idea as to how to do taxes. The entire experience was awful.
