I didn't feel like I was wanted. I wasn't treated as if was importanted and The agents there are very rude and will enterruppt you while you're talking. The black agent that was free to help me looked all over me. One of her coworkers had to tell her to help me. They offered me horrible service that wasn't worth $600. Save your money and go to Tax Pro in North Charleston they offer first class customer service and they are very knowledgeable.
Ms. Janett at the Goose Creek branch was awesome and know her stuff.
