They did a great job
Went there in early March. Preparer said it would be done within a week. NO BIG DEAL! But no call or info. At week three I go by the office. Apparently, taxes had been done, but 'no time' to contact me. Too busy. I made an appointment for the following week. My wife and I show up for our 11:30 appointment, but our preparer was with another client. Without even acknowledging our appointment, the preparer continued with her client.
