I will not use them again. I had my taxes filed and they put the wrong information for my checking account. I get a letter from the IRS stating my payment needed to be made by 4/15 or I would get a penalty. So I had to scramble to get my information and go online to pay my federal taxes. Also now I won't get a direct deposit for my state refund I have to wait for a check.
Megan was the best! Explained everything we needed to know and got our taxes done quickly. Highly recommend!
