Mickala did a great job with handing my taxes and I'd definitely refer anyone to her. She was very thorough and patient with me as I was patient with her. At first, she told me that I was getting a certain amount and my mouth dropped. I was like, "Oh yeah, I'm calling out for a week and I triple dare my boss to say something". Lol Then she realized that an error had occurred but she she immediately fixed it. Now I'm getting less back but I'm still satisfied because some refund is 100 times better than no refund.
