Wish I would have never came here to do my taxes. Took my money to file my taxes and then did nothing afterwards to help me with my tax issues. Straight garbage! Don't believe all the hype about Wes and how great this place is. You'd be better off doing your taxes on your own
Jackson Hewitt doesn't even deserve the one star but it didn't give the option. I will NEVER FILE with Jackson Hewitt EVER AGAIN. Their service charge took more than half of my return. H&R block has NEVER DONE THAT. If you are someone like me who uses H&R block and are thinking about changing, DON'T DO IT
