Lady act like she did not wanna be there much less do our returns because we had to file paper not a very pleasant experience at all that was 2 1/2 weeks ago found out today that they just mailed our returns Thursday or Friday so I’m a little bit upset because why did they wait 2 1/2 weeks to me our returns would not use again. I had to file paper. The lady act like she did not even want to be there much less do our taxes. We finally got them done costed us over $800 and they did not even mail out the Alabama ones handed them to me to mail out just found out that they Just mailed out our federal and we filed 2 1/2 weeks ago. I don’t understand why it takes 2 1/2 weeks to mail something after you pay that much money. They should do it immediately so between rude customer service over price and them not doing their job I would never use them again an... read more
