I'm just a witness my parents went to the JH kiosk at Wal-Mart The original lady Natalie said she would file my parents taxes for 90.00 they went back as scheduled and there was a different lady that day and boy was she rude( she didn't want my parents to reschedule with Natalie who was so much nicer).
