My experience was great with the person who filed my taxes( Christy ) however the fees were way too high for one W2, my coworker paid $100 elsewhere and mine was $400 for doing the same thing.at Jackson Hewitt but I did it since it was close to the deadline and had to get it done, basically forfeited my return so that’s on me.
