Service was fine. I got a advance of $500 on a card that Hewitt offers but 4 days later I still can't use it. Went to several banks and tried many ATM's but it shows no balance. Called Hewitt and American express but they can't help me. WHAT THE HECK. If this is how Hewitt operates i won't be back.
