Not very happy with the way my taxes were handled, I was told a specific price and charged another. There was no explanation as to why my taxes turned out the way they did and when I asked there was no answer for it. They had to make several other phone calls to different tax preparers just to figure out how to file our taxes. I'm hoping they will reach out to me as I have called to review my taxes because I left feeling very uneasy and uncomfortable with my taxes.
