The young man that did my taxes was very nice and professional but he didn’t even look at my previous years taxes and also told me he couldn’t use the interest I paid on my student loans, which I’ve never been told from my previous cpa.
I wasn’t really expecting a large return this year and I was surprised by the final numbers. What made this visit extra special was the professional demeanor of Akia Johnson. Knowledgeable, thorough, and willing to answer any questions or concerns, this is how a company should be represented. She reminds you what customer service is supposed to be like.
Chris was very helpful and, considering the amount of items we had, done in a timely manner.
