Made an appointment for 9am. When I arrived the office was closed, myself and another "customer" who also had an appointment waited. No one showed. I called multiple times. No answer. Couldn't leave a voicemail because the box was full. No follow up email or call. Would absolutely not trust this office with my business in the future.

Very disappointing this year. Would not pick up phone or describe what was needed and blew by every date to make taxes late despite being there a month in advance. Will never use them again. Assessed penalties even though they had documents for over a month.
