Very friendly and helpful. Asked questions that would get me the most in my return. I’m very appreciative
Jackson Hewitt Plainfield N.J. 2 ladies who were at location were helpful and friendly . Actual accountant whom they checked returns with was not very knowledgeable. He did not know rules for claiming alimony deduction…. I had to explain it to him. A simple Google search explains it easily. The return he presented to me to file also did not include my mortgages interest and mortgage insurance. I had to have it added in when I went to sign returns. Process took 4 days when it should have taken 1 hour .
