I have had the same lady for 3 years, she is so nice and sweet. Joann is her name. She is at the Walmart in Champaign Il. She makes you feel comfortable. She takes the time to explain the whole process to you. I would recommend Jackson Hewitt to everyone. Please recognize Joann she makes it great.
Poor service. Charged very high fee than normal fee for tax filing.
