We had a great experience using Jackson Hewitt for the first time this year. Our tax consultant was knowledgeable, and gave us the right advice. She went over our taxes from the prior year along with all the info we brought with us. We were able to do some shopping while she prepared the tax return. Our tax return was filed, signed and submitted in less than 90 minutes. In fact, we already received our tax refund and its not even May yet. Can't get better than that.
Agent was professional & courteous, and knew how to work different scenarios to get the best outcome on return. Kudos!!
