They need more experienced people to assist us. They did my taxes and shortly after I received a text saying that the IRS rejected the documents. When I called to learn more about it they said “we don’t know what happened, we’ll call you in an hour” almost 3 hours later they didn’t have a clear answer of what was the issue and what to do.
