This is a franchise managed by Amanda who was not empathetic at all to the fact we could not afford the price they charged us for our taxes even though we dropped them off in March when there was a promotion on the door for $149 and was told they would call us the next day. 5 days later they called to say we could schedule a time to finalize and when we did the promotion was over. They charged $800 for basic taxes to be done, same thing I could have done on turbo tax. Don’t go here! You will regret it! Also appointments here... read more

The tax preparer does not know what she was doing and not put our mineral rights in taxes. was too busy talking to a client. Do not go to Remuda Road in Burington NC
