Went in today to take my father and Manuel was our tax advisor. He was such a big help, very knowledgeable and very kind. So happy with the service.
Employee didn't know I was coming even though I made an appointment and it was verified. Took several trys for her to log in to start. Didn't feel confident in accuracy. Your fee was well beyond what it should be epically for what was done.
