Charles was very helpful and friendly.
First time getting it done here. The gentleman Charles Burkett was very nice and knew what he was doing. He made sure to get all the correct information.
I filled my taxes for the first time this year and I was worried my fee would be really high. I moved to a different state and had to file 2 state taxes. One of which requires everyone to have healthcare, but since I didn’t have healthcare the whole year my tax fee was almost $300. The Jackson Hewitt worker was very understanding, and stayed later to help me get a decreased fee. I will definitely be coming back next year.
Never again. The guy kept me there almost 3 hours and all I had was 1 w2 form from one part time job. Single, no dependents. He had the nerve to still charge me, he did not know what he was doing, couldn't answer my questions. I went to the Walmart at West Boylston, MA. Horrible. They owe me an apology and a refund on the service fees they charged.
