Kinja and Joy in the Schaumburg office are patient when answering questions. I've been going about 7 years.
The worst!!! Would never go there ever again!! They never return messages Took 3 months to do a simple return & then still screwed it up!!! Used my credit card w/o my permission!!! My attorney will be notified!!!
They did what needed to be done the proper way.
