I'm so disappointed with the person who runs this office. Kinja has made so many mistakes on my returns but she has always made effort to fix them that's why I continued to use her. She recently made another error due to having one of her associates do my return and out the wrong checking account number on my return. Now she's refusing to fix another error she made and I'm out 1759 dollars and she won't fix it so I need to contact the IRS. Customer beware do not go here!

This was my second time coming here. The first time I had a good experience with Kinja. This time around I chose the drop off and go option. Almost a month later still no update, so I called and turned out they were ready. I understand tax season is busy but communication would have been nice. When I finally went in to pay, it was about an hour because of a form that was not filed (I had called in and emailed the form prior) The Refund was low but even lower after filing that form that wasn’t accounted for. $200 less.
