Augustus, the accountant who did my taxes was excellent. I felt that he was most professional, patient, courteous and totally experienced in taking care of my tax return and information I provided. I received a check within days and am thankful to him for his expertise. I will definitely recommend him should anyone ask who and where to go to have their taxes done.

The man was very rude and condescending towards me. He raised his voice and was treating me unprofessionally. He was stating things which were untrue, as if he was confusing me with someone else - it was very disconcerting to me. As he continued to berate and interrupt, I declared I was going to leave. He changed his tune slightly. Because I had some tax questions, I decided to have him file the return, hence the reason for being there.
