I took my grandparents who are in their 80s to Jackson Hewitt inside the Heber Springs walmart and their preparer was Douglas Wylie he was so kind a patient answered all their questions explained everything. We definitely had a good experience and they are very much hoping to have Mr Wylie take care of them next tax season. Thank you Sir you were great!!!
