As soon as we sat down, Dave or David, unpleasantly said “i hope you have money to pay me before you sit in my chair.” It had been a long day and I will not do business with someone who is blatantly disrespectful because they hate their life. When leaving he felt the need to continue by saying, “yeah go get daddy’s money.” I recommend everyone stay far away from this company and go to H&R Block instead. They’re polite, serious, and don’t make crude comments.
I will never do my Taxes again with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service they lied about how fast my refund would come in. They misspelled my last name and got my birthday off by a year. IRS kicked it back once We corrected the mistakes sent it back in. It’s been 10 days and I still haven’t seen my refund. What a miserable experience
Good friendly service but it seems to be taking forever for my return to be accepted and deposited
They charged me 500 dollars minus 100 dollar for being loyal. Not happy at all my return was not that much and now it all goes to jackson hewitt, will do my own next year. Thanks a bunch. The lady who helped was nice this is not on her.
