The person doing my taxes was very efficient and got my taxes done quickly and efficiently. I thought the prices were a bit high...but I am confident they were done effectively.
For a simple ss and pera they wanted to charge me over 550 dollars and said last year they didn't pay their employees so they wanted to charge me 325 to pay employees. Total fraud. Then they took it back off because I said I'm not paying that much. They are a total rip off if your not watching what they are doing. I will never go to them again.
The service I received was wonderful! The worker was kind and gentle accommodating my social anxiety! She explained the process very well and was able to easily guide me through parts I was clueless about. 10/10 definitely coming back next year!
Patti and Deb are absolutely useless and rude. Will NEVER do my taxes with these frauds again
