I have a few rental properties and got a coupon that stated 149.00 complete. Great! So I schedule an apt expressing what my return will entail. They put me with a guy named Dave who had no idea what he was doing. I had all my rentals divided into a tabbed folder and he actually removed the papers, mixed them all up, THEN passed it on to someone else. I went to this office because I got an IRS letter and I could not get the person that prepared my taxes to call me back. They made an appointment right away and after looking at my letter and my tax return the preparer there told me that the IRS had made a mistake and so she called the IRS for me and we faxed them the paperwork they wanted and it was taken care of that day for me.
