Scheduled an appointment and no one was there. We waited for fifteen minutes or so and no one showed up. I would say that's not very professional. We will go elsewhere this year. This was at the Wiggins location.

Ms. Diana is such a wonderful person!! Professional and personable!!! Both my and i daughter were very anxious about having to get our taxes straightened out but she made everything go so smoothly. We were so pleasantly surprised by what we thought would be such a hassle ended up such a positive experience. We definitely recommend using Jackson Hewitt for any and all of your tax needs!
Jackson Hewitt is great, we have used them for many years. Weather we get a lot back or a little they are very helpful even when we had to pay something back they helped us. If we needed tax documents for closing a house we went back to the office and it was on file and super easy. With the exception of the prepaid card there is no complaints about their service.
