I was very pleased with the service I received from Linda at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. I had used Turbo Tax for years but twice I had issues with glitches in Turbo Tax software and even with paying extra, Turbo tax couldn't resolve their software issues. This caused an unbelievable amount of angst when trying to file the following years taxes. I finally went to Jackson Hewitt and they took care of the issue.
