This year was not a good experience. The person who worked on my taxes was more interested in telling me about their personal life than my taxes. The fees are way too high. Not sure if I will be going back.
I'm filing a formal complaint with the Oregon board of tax preparers against Andrew and I have filed a formal complaint already with the integrity hotline. l who was disrespectful and disparaging towards me by comparing my school retirement with those of California and making rude remarks when looking at sensitive banking information of mine.
