Pamela in Smithfield office is amazing. She's very knowledgeable, respectful, and makes tax season stress free! I have been doing my own taxes for over 15 years, but in the last 3 years I finally let someone else do my taxes and it was so worth it choosing this location. We will truly miss Karen, she was wonderful. But all of the ladies and gentleman at this location are wonderful to work through this process with.
When I made my appointment, I clearly stated I wanted to know the cost of filing a return that only consisted of 1 W2. When I got to the office, I again stated clearly, I wanted to know the cost for preparation with 1 W2. The next thing I o know, I’m being told a crazy cost and that I have no choice but to pay it. Keep in mind, I had signed NOTHING!! My preparer was very professional, totally ignored my request for the amount of the charges before filing. IBWILL NEVER ISE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!!
