Update I have changed my rating because, after all these years of doing taxes with Jackson Hewitt being yall are using new bank I know of all of custmors getting turned down on their loans. Myself I wont be going back because of this like I said after 8 years of doing my taxes there I have never got turnt down and I know a right good bit of people this has happen to this year being yall changed your bank that you have been using
