Noticed that don't post negative reviews, I waited an hour made appointment at 12 still never got seen, my time is valuable as theirs won't go back to Jackson Hewitt in any Walmart as appointments do not get honored why waste peoples time making one!! Very Very inconsiderate and unprofessional!!
I've always had a great experience with Jackson but after speaking with Mark and lying about availability when his shift is getting ready to end im extremely unhappy about that I seriously question why you aren't supervised.
