My fiancé was filing her taxes. Granted she's from another state and this his her first time filing with JH however I dont think it should have taken 3 and a half hours!!! Ridiculous! She was nice but hard to understand what she's saying. She had to keep asking for help. Wasted a ton of our time!
Called to retrieve my AGI from ast years taxes that I filed with them. After calling the toll free customer service, and directed to contact specifically the location I had filed with. Because they would have access to the information I need. However, when I called and asked for help, even explained the previous events which led to the current phone call.
