Called to retrieve my AGI from ast years taxes that I filed with them. After calling the toll free customer service, and directed to contact specifically the location I had filed with. Because they would have access to the information I need. However, when I called and asked for help, even explained the previous events which led to the current phone call. The process was smooth and fairly quick. My preparer was professional while being friendly.
Last year getting my tax return for 2023 done, I was informed that I owed money for a previous filing. I was able to go through receipts of all the years I have had my returns done, and prove that everything was paid in full. It took a lot of time to find the receipts and then to wait for the preparer to email the regional manager, to get permission to continue.
