I went to Jackson Hewitt because you had a special price, of course it want in effect anymore even though it was advertised on TV. Your prices are outrageous! I'll give my money to a " mom and Pop" place before I spend 1$ with you ever again. How's that review!!!
The person who done my taxts was sweet but didn't know what she was doing I told her to send my payments direct deposit she sent my State but not my federal if I wanted to send my payments by mail or go on line my self I wouldn't have came to you guys had a problem last year with the guy who done my taxes the people you have in place don't know what they are doing next year I will go to H&R Block
