The agent who did my taxes was great. Cherie Del Re, she was helpful, she was nice, she was knowledgeable. However I have an issue with the company, I got a text saying that you had a special of $149 for federal taxes so I called and set up an appointment and it wasn't until they were almost done when I read the fine print that it only for people who didn't file with you last year. So you knew I filed with you last year because that's how you got my phone number, so why am I being offered a deal that I clearly don't qualify ... read more
