This location gets no stars... Horrible service, I paid 300 only to receive letters from the IRS and now JH is telling me it's going to be another month till I receive my money and it's been 5Weeks since I filed... I've been filling taxes for the past 20yrs and never has this happened. If you thinking about going to this location run across the street to H&R block our Osborn tax..
I changed tax offices this year and I have no regrets. I got back more money because there were things I didn't know I could get money back on. It seemed like it was faster. I had a lot of questions to ask and they were really helpful. Everyone was professional and nice to me.
These people are nice and very professional. Ask for Gayle or Eric, they are the best!
Sometimes things can seem a bit rushed in these places, but not here. They took their time to make sure this was done right. THANKS

Had a terrible experience. Several cancelled appointments, some of which we didn't find out until after taking off work and showing up. Can't get the preparer to actually call us back. They appear to have very few actual preparers working in the height of tax season. We are having problems related to the returns they prepared for us last year. They have told us they are working on the issues; when we call the states and IRS, they have no record of anyone contacting them except for us. Extremely frustrating experience. Very u... read more

This is the worst service I have ever used. The office messed up our income taxes, then took over a month to straighten it out. I would call, leave messages, no one would ever get back to me. When I finally did get ahold of someone, they just gave me the runaround. Finally my tax return was straightened out, then I get a letter from a bank, saying I was denied a RAL loan thru sharp.
