I have been going to to Jackson Hewitt in the Claremont, NH Wal-Mart and seeing Deborah Adams for 8 years now. She is an amazing person and does an awesome job. She always has a smile and a hello for people as they go to get their taxes done or as they are just walking by her booth. I have recommended people go see her several times now I hope she continues to be here at this location because i absolutely love going to see her

This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with. Not only did they lose my state tax refund but they also screwed up my federal. When I called them about it the supervisor got really rude on the phone, and refused to help me. Please save yourself the hassle and rude customer service and go somewhere else!
I am the owner of this Jackson Hewitt office. 2015 will be our 20th year in business. We are family run franchise. Our preparers have graduated with either Associates or Accounting Degrees. We take pride in knowing taxes and making sure each person is treated like family. Come on in and let's talk taxes!
