Booked an appointment online for the 1892 Airline Dr location on 8/1/2025 at 11 am. As you can see the location is advertised to be open tuesday and Fridays. The location was closed upon my arrival shortly before 11 am.. it remained so throughout my 2 and half hour stay in front of the business while talking on and off with jackson hewitt customer service. In and out with little delay. Knowledgeable staff. Could have been a little friendlier, but professional A little pricy in my opinion for what I needed help with. All in all not a bad experience. Will definitely use again and recommend. Thank you.
