Great customer service
I got my taxes done today and Eve Fromm was great. She was very knowledgeable , easy to talk to and had a sense of humor. This was my 17th year of using JH and I’ll be back again next year and hopefully Eve will still be at that location!
Eve corrected my taxes from 3 years prior to this year's taxes, and now we can file an amendment that will correct the next year's taxes!!! Once this is we can do 2026 taxes!! Eve is absolutely 💯 unbelievable. Extremely satisfied par none!!!!!
Taxes are never fun. But Jackson Hewitt makes it so easy and Ms. Eve was incredible. She was kind and informative. She made this atrocious government chore smooth and efficient
