The Bossier City, La. office was stated to be open on Tuesday and Friday. I booked an appointment for a Tuesday during office hours for help with a tax letter I received missing information. I arrived ahead of the scheduled time. The lights were on but the doors were locked and no one in sight. Booked an appointment online for the 1892 Airline Dr location on 8/1/2025 at 11 am. As you can see the location is advertised to be open tuesday and Fridays. The location was closed upon my arrival shortly before 11 am.. it remained so throughout my 2 and half hour stay in front of the business while talking on and off with jackson hewitt customer service. I was advised first to wait a half an hour by the operator who obviously that employees were enrolled. After 40 minutes I called customer service back and was again put on... read more

In and out with little delay. Knowledgeable staff. Could have been a little friendlier, but professional A little pricy in my opinion for what I needed help with. All in all not a bad experience. Will definitely use again and recommend. Thank you.
