Ridiculous service
After a bad experience with another location, Sara who has been working at the wadsworth Walmart location reached out within an hour after I shared another posting to try to earn our business. I have been with Jackson Hewitt for 20 years of tax filing this year and she went above and beyond to help us stay with the company. I get anxiety going into any Walmarts or I would had stayed in our town. She came back to her original location in Barberton to do our taxes and made it a very enjoyable experience.
