Made appointment online and received confirmation email. Arrived at Jackson Hewitt, Mayodan, NC 5 mins prior to appointment. Waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. Called the phone number and let it ring through to a central office. Told the woman my problem and she laughed. Said no one was scheduled to be there for another 2 hours. Sorry JH, you lost a repeat customer.
Friendliest tax prep lady ever...plus she laughed at all of my jokes. 😁
It was a great experience as always. She went over everything and knowledgeable.
