I am disappointed with the quality of employees that you have they do not seem to have knowledge enough to do other people's taxes not to say your managers don't know what they're doing but in the Marion Illinois branch your hiring people that are inadequate for the job now your manager there seems to know what she's doing but I have had very bad experiences with her help
I have dealt with Dixie Allsopp for my taxes this year. She has been such a wonderful person to work with. She did my taxes, answered questions, and other issues. I appreciated her professionalism and knowledge

I think that it was very overpriced to have to pay for three things that they had to do which was retirement and Social Security. I think was a little high when you’re talking over $200 to get it filled out for senior citizens over 65.
