Jackson hewitt is a ripoff they charged $700 for 1 w2. Was going for the advance refund and was never told we where not approved. Would have never used them if we would have known $700 for 45 minutes what a scam. They used to tell you before you filed your taxes. The lady handed her a card and said the money would be there instantly. She never once said there is a chance you won't get approved. Two years in a row I go online to make an appointment. I choose a time on THEIR website to make an appointment. Two years no one is there when I get there. They have appointment time options on their website but stupidly have no one there at those times!!
