I had the best experience at Jackson Hewitt when I went to do my income tax yesterday the location was 786 Broad street in Newark, NJ. The tax person who did my taxes ,and he did a wonderful job. His name is Adran Joe hill and he was very nice , and helpful. Very informative. He got me the most for my refund, and also gave great advice when it came to doing my income tax. This office seems scammy. I called them 877-590-1040, a guy with an Indian sounding accent answered, I asked if he could look up if Jackson Hewitt filed my return last year and he stopped talking and then hung up. I called back and he said he was a CPA and refused to give his name and hung up again.

Calling to speak to somebody is extremely difficult and made me think twice about coming to this location. I decided to go somewhere else and they gave me 30% off to do my taxes.
