My husband and I will never come back to Jackson Hewitt after having the worst experience at this location in Oceanside. We have been coming to Jackson Hewitt for a very long time (over 20yrs) and after the lady there told us we owed money it wasn't true. She was on her phone the whole time she was there talking to someone. She told us we needed to claim the "gas tax" and that wasn't true. So we went somewhere else because we knew that wasn't right .
