I was really disappointed with my experience. Looking back, I should have walked away when I realized the preparer didn’t even know what an injured spouse form was. I ended up sitting in Walmart for three hours while my “professional” was Googling how to complete it. At that point, I could have — and should have — just filed my taxes myself. On top of that, I was charged $300 despite being told the cost would be under $150, which was the main reason I chose to go there. Made an appointment for a place that doesn’t even exist here. I scheduled at this location in Walmart for 5pm the previous day and 15 minutes before the appointment, they emailed me saying I’ve been rescheduled to 7pm, no description. I clicked on the email because there was a “make a a change” option and it said there was an open appointment for 6pm. I get to Walmart at 6pm and they said they don’t have Jackson Hewitt in their store. They still have their appointment sign up website linked to this place and works as if it’s... read more

Lorraina is absolutely amazing at her job, you can tell she’s been doing taxes for a long time. She takes the time to explain everything to you and makes sure that you are getting it prepared properly so there is no confusion about your taxes because we all know taxes is not fun lol so if u get the chance to use Lorraina for your taxes you are using a pro… thanks again Lorraina we will see you next year
