Very knowledgeable, kind and communicative. They made me feel reassured and confident that taxes would be filed correctly and on time. Great customer service and expertise. They explained what paperwork I was missing at my drop off appointment, and provided an online link to upload remaining documents virtually. They also helped file an extension for me when I learned it would take too long to get the documents.
Just got my taxes done with Kaiz! He was extremely professional and very helpful. Amazing experience, he handled everything from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs to get their taxes done.
