I set an appointment with this company/location. Received email confirming date and time. I show up 10 mins early to be on time. Walk inside, take elevator to suite 216 as per the email. Door is locked so I knocked and wait 5 minutes and got no answer. I call the number thats on their door and get a voicemail saying they're busy (lol) with other clients (lie). I knock once more and wait 3 or so minutes and depart. I am now sitting in the parking lot of Hewitt Jackson leaving this comment. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. The guy working there was incredibly slow and came off as rude the entire time, like helping customers was an inconvenience. On top of that, their pricing is way higher than it should be for the level of service you get. Definitely not worth the time or money—there are much better options out there.

I dropped off my documents in advance. When I arrived for my appointment, my returns were completed. The preparer was able to find a federal refund for me when I thought I would owe. I was relieved. Overall, the service was fast and efficient (the in-office appointment lasted just 20 minutes). I will definitely return again next year.
