I had an extremely disappointing and unsettling experience with this tax preparer. I drove over an hour for a scheduled appointment to amend my taxes, only to be told—after he showed up late and claimed he didn’t know about the appointment—that he couldn’t help me because I “wasn’t a client,” despite having had my taxes done through the same office just weeks ago. This is a small office which I visited for the first time. I felt immediately at ease when I walked in for my appointment. Patience greeted me and we got right to work on my taxes. She was so pleasant every step of the way, explained things clearly, and answered my questions directly. I will definitely go back next year!
