I tried a new Tax prep company this year,,,,, WORST mistake --- I can say the agent was friendly, however the staff needs more training on the factual details on filing (time lines, submissions). They just want as many Tax payers as they can get to pad their pockets but not the customer service it takes to handle each case! I am still waiting for them to call me with the status of my amended Return they did on March 9, they wont return calls or get to the bottom of the issue. I have left 3 messages! Lesson Learned! Mrs Donna was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. I was a first time client and due to the customer service I received. I will be seeing Mrs Donna again next year and probably for many years to come.
Quick and, relatively, painless service by the preparer John. Much more affordable than I had anticipated. Will be back in '27
