We had Emmy and she was amazing. She explained everything so that we understood what was happening.
This year I decided to try Jackson Hewitt for my taxes. Emmy helped me file my 2024 return as well as amend a previous state return. She is so personable and professional. She answered many of my questions and was thorough in making sure everything was done correctly for me. Thank you so much Emmy. You made a usually anxiety filled annual experience fun. I will definitely be back to Jackson Hewitt next year.
