I have had Jackson Hewitt Tax Services located in Maplewood Missouri do my taxes for many years now. Galina Vlassenko has always been my preparer. This year I had an appointment scheduled for March 26, 2025 at 1 PM. As I was pulling up to park, I received a phone call from a woman at Jackson Hewitt, who didn’t state her name, that my appointment was being moved to 1:30 PM because Galina was running behind with another client.
